Unreliable. I had a 5:00 p.m. appointment, which I took off 45 minutes early from work for, to have a small residential area cleaned. They called me around 3:30 p.m. to say that they would not be able to arrive until 8:00 p.m.. After cleaning, the carpet looked as good as when it was new. Brady answered all my questions about the process and cost. He made an extra effort to remove a couple of stains. The service was prompt and professional. It will be hard to find another business that exceeds the customer service that I received.

Brady does the absolute best carpet shampoo I have ever used. The carpet ALWAYS looks so perfect afterwards and he is reasonably priced.
