Brady was very professional and provided the highest level of customer service. He was able to make our carpet look new. The tough stains form our dog were removed and the kid’s slime, makeup, paint etc. was also removed. I highly recommend Mcmillian’s carpet cleaning and is reasonably priced.
We had some rough puppy stains from over the past year and have been waiting for our pup to grow up a bit before getting the carpet cleaned. I'm just amazed at how clean McMillans got our carpet! They got out old stains that sta ley steamers and other companies I've tried never did. The gentleman who came was extremely friendly and p
Brady was very professional and I am once again in love with my carpet. We have several cats on the farm and now you would never know it! Amazing results!
Excellent customer service. Cleaner did an excellent job getting rid of deep stains.
Brady provided excellent service, explained the process of the work, and was completed under three hours. Our carpets look amazing!
We will recommend this service to all of our friends and family.
Brady came and cleaned our carpets, and restored and sealed our countertop surfaces and bathroom tile. He explained what he was doing in laymans terms, and it looks so much better. Thank you Brady!
Excellent. To here was a timing issue. They kept me informed of their delay and we're very quick and thorough when they got here.
I can't say enough about the responsive and courteous service I received. An excellent job was done and he squeezed me in due to the urgent circumstances we had. Use McMillan's! Our carpet looks like new. You won't be sorry!
Brady did a great job brining life back to our shower! Thank you!
After the poor response and several re-scheduling (3), from Empire to replace our caret costing $6000.00, we had to dismiss Empire and we elected to have it cleaned. McMillan's owner called as a follow up and we scheduled cleaning. He did a wonderful job and pricing was very reasonable, the house smells nice, he was very helpful, I
We have used Brady for several years and we would highly recommend him and his crew. He is extremely professional, prompt, and does amazing work!
Brady has cleaned our carpet 3 three times now. Each time it is absolutely like new. We had planned to get new carpet – and then he showed up! Our carpet is 20 years old and it is Like New!! Brady also cleaned and sealed driveway and cement walks. Again, he did a great job. They look soooo much better! Thanks Brady!
Very friendly, the staff was great with my pet and prices good.
Brady did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets, they looked better than when I first moved in. I appreciated him fitting me in due to my move out date. He gave me a walk through and estimate before getting started. I highly recommend. Hands down best carpet cleaner in Salem area!
Called for service. Was serviced same week. No more spots! Great work! Carpet looks like it was installed today! Will definitely call again.
Prompt and punctual. Had our carpets looking like new again in no time! Very friendly and kind. Would use again for sure!
I recently purchased a used SUV that had not been taken care of very well and looked like a science project gone bad. Brady worked on the cloth interior for just over an hour and it looked 100% better. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Brady told me he could make my carpet look like new, however, I was reluctant with some of the carpet because I thought it just neended to be replaced. He assured me that it would come out nice and it sure did! It looks like new! Thanks Brady, I will be calling you again next year.

Laura melton
This company did our carpets today and did an excellent job. My wife and I were both extremely impressed by the professional attitude that was showed to us. Had a written estimate before the work started so there was no surprises when the job was done, answered all our questions and just amazed us how clean the carpet was when finished. Carpet looks brand new! This carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 14 1/2 years and I didn't think anything could clean it. Carpet looks great! Also had one area where a cat had urinated for a while before we found out and that all came out. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.
