    We've been with them for a number of years now and have NEVER had a problem. On the contrary, if we're ever having an insurance issue, Tristan always has a solution, or at the very least gives us our best options. If we email with questions, she always responds within 24 hours (unless it's a weekend, of course). In short, choosing them for our auto, renters, and life insurance was one of the best decisions we've made. I highly recommend doing business with Joe Guerra State Farm Insurance.

    I have been a policy holder with this office since 2016 and just recently with a new baby and engagement have been going through a lot of life changes. Needless to say I knew I needed to make changes to my life insurance and other policies and Tristan at Joe's office was there to help me every step of the way. She spent a lot of time going over all the different life insurance options with me and pros and cons of each without being pushy or getting annoyed with my thousand questions. She really made sure I understood what I was getting and explained things in a way that wasn't just insurance jargon and that I could actually understand. I even found out I could cover my engagement ring and other personal property for cheap which I didn't even know was an option and gives me so much peace of mind. I would definitely recommend going in to see Tristan if you have any sort of insurance needs. It was great to be able to talk to a real and knowledgeable person rather than a call center/internet page.
