Jars of Clay Property Management, LLC. was established in September 2020. Though the brand is new and our portfolio is growing I can assure you that I have the experience and dedication that your investment property needs. With over 22 years of working in the property management industry I can confidently say that there are very few situations or circumstances that I haven’t come across. Whether it be a difficult resident or maintenance issue, I have the resources and contacts to get the job done. I have created this organization to be built with integrity, accuracy and community in mind.
The three values of Integrity, accuracy and community that Jars of Clay Property Management, LLC. operates with are three items that I value most in a property management firm. Integrity means that we will be honest with you and transparent in all of our operations from the beginning to the end. The value of accuracy is something that I hold dear because we pride ourselves on being accurate on all of our transactions. We process each bill and payment individually and ensure that all expenses are legitimate and are of value to the property. The third and final value that I am ensuring that is instilled in this organization is community. Our goal is to ensure our community is taken care of and that when residents or those in the community see our name, they know that our property is more than just livable but enjoyable and affordable.
