After the quote was approved to go ahead, the work was completed and everything was set to go in a very timely fashion. Afterwards

No one likes car repairs or home emergencies. Early Thursday morning we had a toilet stop flushing. We only have one toilet in the house. I must say I was impressed by Hy-Pro from front to back. Not good service, chaos there. No one communicates within the company. They left a guy by himself all damn day! A huge job left for 1 guy because they didn't schedule this job properly. Sent guys back that didn't need to be here. It's not a great company for communication. The first walk through was a joke as they didn't do it right
Worked with Mohammad K. Great person to work with got the job done.
