Jeremy was very helpful and took time to show me why we were not getting hot water from our kitchen faucet. He replaced the valves that were completely eroded, and happily answered my questions about the actual faucet that will need replaced. Thanks Jeremy!
Again I can not express how happy and grateful we are to Robert from HY-PRO. We had a problem with our air conditioner so we them. Not only was their customer service very helpful and kind but listened to our problems. The next morning Robert the tech came out. He answered all our questions and was very efficient in fixing our problem ....great service

I was driving down Alice st in Woodstock today at 6:20-25 pm doing the posted speed limit of 40km in a school zone when one of your drivers was tailgating me and didn't like my speed, so he decided to pass me on the wrong side of the road with another car driving towards us who had to stop in the middle of the road to let this crazy driver get by without anyone getting hurt. One of the stupidest things I have seen by a company truck. Yes he was driving a white company truck with your logo pasted all over it. He's lucky I didn't get his licence plate #. He was speeding to fast for me to catch up and get his plate. I will be reporting this incident to the police.
From Jenn in CS to Shawn the technician, great service. Good communication, timely arrival, polite, good questions and look through to get to source of water leak. Helpful in turning off water switch and diagnosing source of problem. Will certainly call you for next plumbing issue. Hy Pro deserves its excellent rating!!!!!
Shawn was very polite and professional through the whole plumbing problem. Not only did he come on a timely manner but explained in detail what needs to be done beacause the problem was bigger than we anticipated. The whole crew came on time and did a very professional job. We are very glad we chose your company and will recommend to anyone who needs this type of service. Everyone from receptionist to technician was not only friendly but very helpful. Jeremy came right away to fix our shower as we only have the one bathroom. He was very careful to not damage the tiles in my shower and did the extra so it was preserved. Totally recommend, excellent service.
I surprised a very simple job such as installing a bathroom sink and faucet could cost us more than couple of hundreds. The service was satisfying overall but pricey in comparison to others in the market. The tech claimed purchasing parts from a store but used some parts that I bought earlier without telling me so. when I asked him he said they're new..!

It's too bad you only allowed for a 5 STAR rating, because my husband and I would have awarded Ali at least 10 STARS!! . We were more than impressed by Ali on his preliminary visit to us on Mar.14 and certainly appreciated his knowledgeable explanation of the problem with our kitchen faucet and his subsequent advice. Today, , Mar 17, Ali returned to install a new faucet we purchased and he and Will did a superb and speedy job replacing the faucet. Their efficient, professional and very friendly service was second to none and it is obvious that Ali is dedicated to doing an excellent job for the customer. Ali explained in detail everything we should know about our tap and how to deal with the warranty if there is ever an issue with the faucet. From the first conversation we had on the phone to request a plumber to our service today, we were very impressed with the total service of everyone involved in your very smooth operation. This was our first time with Hy- Pro and won't hesitate to to call again for any future needs and will enthusiastically recommend your company to all our friends. Jeremy is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I called Hy-Pro until the repairs were done, each step of the way was carefully explained and options advised. I really appreciate the time and patience Jeremy took to explain things. Knowing that my Grandparents' home was in good hands, makes me happy and confident in their safety. I called because I had a pipe leaking in my basement and had to turn the water off to the entire house. I was advised that there was no one available to come out and fix my leak. We just bought this house and were looking for a plumber in the area to do other jobs, these people will not get our business in future. You shouldn't advertise 24/7 emergency service if you cant provide it.
Eric was dispatched quickly. He was very friendly and respectful and completed my repair quickly. I will definitely use this company again.
Frank was a joy to have in our home. He fully explained everything that was going on...even when it was a coincidence having two separate leaks at the same time. He and Nathan were incredible, making sure that I understood everything that was going on.
On Boxing Day suddenly discovering our furnace room was flooded we initially thought it was the water heater. Upon looking further we could tell it was not the heater, but no clue where the water was coming from. We called you and had a return call within minutes. Frank was on-site within 1.5 hrs of our initial call happy and friendly to help out and figure out what was going on. It turned out to be a toilet seal gone that was leaking down to the basement. He showed us the cost for the work, and had it done very quickly. We are so grateful how fast you responded and the friendly professional help we received on a holiday.
