Within a couple hours of our water issue in our basement, we received a prompt visit from the service technician, a helpful diagnosis of the problem and informative next steps to correct the problem. Very impressed with the quality service, phone support and professionalism. I'd highly recommend Hy-Pro!!
Patrick did a great job clearing our main drain. I couldn't believe all the roots he was able to remove, including unexpected ones on the other end of some new plumbing! I appreciated the care he took to keep our house clean and as smell free as possible. He was both knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him to anybody!

I had a technician come to my house to switch a water softener. The switch was completed, the technician had made a considerable mess during the operation, the technician was preparing to leave and I had to ask if he would clean up the mess he made during the process, very reluctantly he did, with my help I may add. The old water softener was supposed to have been removed as part of the service, the technician did not remove the old machine. He said he would be back 2 days later on the Saturday to remove the old machine. Saturday has come and gone, the technician did not show up, there was no follow up call or a reschedule. I am now stuck with an old machine to get rid of after having already paid for the service. Overall the new machine works but from a customer service perspective I am not happy being left to finish the job myself after having paid for a service. I would recommend being very cautious before hiring this company.
Agreed to their minimum $500 to power flush a drain. Their system didn't get results so Sunny got the auger from the truck which he charged another $200. Still didn't get results so getting another plumber tomorrow morning. So total of $700 for just over half an hour. Can't believe how much my wife was charged after I had left the house for a meeting. Feeling screwed. NEVER again Hy-Pro

Had to get a clogged toilet fixed, the price was really expensive for how quick the job was and the technician broke my toilet seat. For the high price of this service I hope you can reimburse me for this.

I definitely recommend this company if you are having issues with plumbing or your sewer. I had a drain backup, and found my sewer line was beyond a quick fix. Eric P. Came out and explained everything. Very professional, knowledgeable. They were fast, and kept everything as clean as they could for a job as messy as mine was. Thank you very much for a job well done.
The technician was very courteous and understanding and quoted on cutting the base of the cabinet to repair what we thought was a fractured weld on the 1/2" copper pipe. Once the pipes were visible they were found in good order and the problem was a small self tapping valve used for the ice maker. The price remained as quoted even though no parts were required and work was completed in less than 1/2 a hour.
David was prompt and courteous he went right to work and replaced our old sump pump with a new one in 45 minutes.Iwould reccomend your company to our friends.

I had work done today Feb 5th , by Jesse Whalen . Jesse was very thoughtful and courteous. He explained why I needed to have my Thermostatic mixing valve replaced. What shocked me was the sticker price of $328.56. Even with labour that seems extremely high. I also had a faucet replaced. ( I supplied the faucet). For being here no longer than 1 1/2 I feel that $802.00 is rather a lot of money. I would recommend Jesse as a very competent worker. However, I will not recommend your services due to the high pricing. Regards, Heather
Eric replaced kitchen faucets and repaired toilet issues. He was the best technician we have ever had to our home. Polite, prepared, skilled...he had it all. Work was done, professonally and promptly and all was explained up front. Hopefully our plumbing issues are over for now but I know who we will call if we ever are in need again. Thanks so much Eric! We will deinitely put you on our "recommend to friends" list.

We had Hy-Pro Plumbing out at our place in Acton. I definitely will never use another plumbing service again. Everything was great from the get go. They gave me an appointment window to expect a technician, and not only were they on time, but they gave me a phone call to let me know they were on their way. Dean Marks was the technician, I will try to request him every time. He was very thorough, and explained the problem to me in terms I could understand. Absolutely fantastic service all around.
Nick replaced a leaky bathroom tap and recommended replacing the supply lines, which he did. Wonderful, no water leaks. Polite and cleaned up after.
Eric C. was so nice and explained everything to me fully before he did the work. He worked quickly and actually cleaned up the area when he was finished! I really appreciated that, and with my mobility limits, Eric always made it easy & came right over and showed me different options on his tablet so I knew exactly what to expect. At the end of it all, he came in with the final bill and it was LESS than the quote! Looks like Santa just found some extra presents under the tree! Thanks Eric!
