Matt did try to fix the problem but did not fix it completely. Company sent two other technitions who did not even try to fix the problem. Make sure they know you brand of fixture. If it is not a common brand they may not have any knowledge of product. I would never use this company nor would I recommend them.

We were having a problem with our sump pump...always a concern for us as we have a high water table situation. Hy-Pro sent Sunny H. out to us within the hour. The pump was checked and promptly replaced. Technician cleaned up the area before he left. We have used Hy-Pro for many years now and would not go anywhere else.

I was not satisfied with your company and I want to briefly relate my experience. On December 9th, my toilet was plugged. I tried with a toilet snake, but without success. Having young kids, I would not have been surprised if one of them has thrown something inside the toilet…Kids :) I browse the web and contacted you. Service on the phone was good. And a technician arrived the same day. Nothing to complain about the technician neither. He clearly explained me what my options were. Clearly indicated me the price of the service, roughly from 220$ to 400$. Explained me that he might have to move the toilet…etc. I agree. Nice person. Once signed, it took your technician no more than 2 minutes to unplug it with a plunger. Yes, I forgot to try this myself. It took him 2 minutes. And I had to pay 223.97$. I am a business man. Even though when I explain my prices, work to do to my clients, consequences and risks…and it happens that it takes me 2 minutes to do it…I do not charge what we agreed. This is called Service. This is called Honesty and Integrity. I felt robbed. Right, I agreed to pay this amount prior the work. But I am not a plumber. Knowing that a plunger (that I had) was the solution…who would have accepted to pay over 220$ for this? Conclusion: No, I am not going to put you bad review on Facebook or other platforms (but I should). However, believe me, I will not do any business with you anymore. And I will pass the word. Nov 7, 2019 Worst plumbing service I have ever used
I have many pictures of the terrible work done at my duplex. I asked Hy Pro to fix the mistakes made. They refused and I paid 2000 to get this fixed. Between Encompass home warranty and this terrible work I am appalled. I am dealing with the Better business bureau and the Ontario Ombudsman atm.

Sep 5, 2019 NEEDLESS CUSTOMER GOUGING!!!
I spoke with office staff on Friday 2-3x concerned about my kitchen faucet needing repair ASAP because I was having company over for our Labour Day BBQ on Saturday. Finally, realizing I didn't have any other options, I booked our service call for between 9-11am Saturday. To my horror, we got a call indicating they could not come at that time, it would be closer to 3pm... right in the middle of our BBQ, "if at all" they said. When the plumber arrives, we are charged $600 for his one hour service call and a bottom of the line faucet that I could have purchased at Home Depot for around $150! Shame on me for agreeing to it but like I said, we were in the middle of a BBQ with a dozen or so people around and no use of our kitchen sink! My husband tried to follow up with the manager on Tuesday, but they have yet to return his messages. And the sad part is we've been using Hy Pro for our plumbing needs since 2014 without cause or concern. And like a few other reviews, we had great service from Sunny Hayer as recent as July 2019! But this is pretty much unforgettable, even if it was the long weekend!

First, we called with an emergency on the long weekend. The website said you were open, but no one answered and we could not leave a message. Then, after the weekend, I chose the closest location to my home and the dispatcher said they would not come out to us as it was not their area. It would have only been about a 15 minute drive for them. Disappointed.

Although I did not call your company or sign the quote I feel for what was done (unclog a kitchen sink) the bill was too high. $ 339.51 for 1 hour and 9 minutes. My husband was shown 3 different quotes and took the lowest one. Of course the other two were way more expensive so he thought he was doing the the right thing. We are seniors and no discount was given. I called the office and complained but was told they would go bankrupt if they would charge less. If you want good work and a fair price DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called HY-PRO regarding a leak in our bathtub. Sunny came out that evening and found the problem within minutes. Because it was a small issue that I could fix myself he didn't charge me anything. I was totally shocked and very pleasantly surprised. Thank you Sunny, and thank you HY-PRO, this kind of customer service is a lost art and definitely not expected. You guys are great !

Had a major blockage in my drain pipe due to grease build up from the kitchen sink which was also used by the washing machine. David Baptiste worked long and hard to clear out the greasy build up - David Baptiste was very persistent. He had to take the pipe apart, snake it and put it back together twice before he was satisfied that the water was flowing down the drain freely. David Baptiste was very knowledgeable and informative when he explained what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again by recommending a strong de-greasing product to maintain the drain pipe from grease build up. I will definitely recommend David Baptiste and this company again.

Our basement floor drain backed up (not pretty!). We contacted Hy-Pro and they promptly arranged for a technician to come. Ian was professional, knowledgeable and personable. It had been a stressful situation as we were trying to find someone to help fix the situation. The service we received was outstanding and we would highly recommend you to anyone!!

We just had a sewer line replaced in our over 100 year old house. I've seen a lot of work around houses and this was a very major job. Repairs in these houses are usually complicated and this one was definitely not for the faint of heart. Nick was willing to take the responsibility for what was difficult work and the result was excellent. During the 2 days of excavation he found the solution to some difficult problems. He and his crew replaced the line and installed a rough-in at an adjacent building. I spoke with him several times and clearly his approach is to anticipate the things that could go wrong and to work as if it's his own house. Although a sewer is largely taken for granted, it's vital to every home and we're very pleased with how competently this was done. We're glad we chose your company.

Technician gave me an estimate of over $1,800 to fix a problem that he misdiagnosed. He completely missed that my sewer pump was not operating and that was the cause of my flooding. Was able to get the problem solved for less than half of his quoted estimate by another plumbing company. Shame on you.

Our basement flooded on the morning of Christmas Eve! I’ve had terrible plumbing service in the past (explains the reoccurance of the flood) so I researched more carefully and found HY-Pro. Sunny and Lucas were here for a few hours late in the afternoon but cleared my drain, left the area clean and provided after care advice. They helped resolve a very stressful situation, all customer reviews are accurate and they will 100% be my choice for any services going forward. Good job guys and I hope you enjoyed your holidays!

We booked an appointment and they were to show up between 3-5 at 430 I called to ensure they were still coming. They said yes. Then at 5 they called and said they couldn’t come :( :(
