Service was very professional and helpful. Steve Little went way above and beyond by offering to talk personally to our insurance company to explain why a backflow valve was not recommended. We have since changed our insurance company, TD Meloche Monnex due to unsatisfactory service, but would highly recommend Hypro and Mr. Rooter
