Terrible company. Not very knowledgeable. My issue was no fixed and I was still charged the full amount. They cared more about making a quick buck then fixing my issue. The company that came in after took 20 minutes to identify the issue. My advice if you have a plumbing issue shut the water off and wait till a real plumbing compa

I requested a service call last night online at about 8:00 or so. My sump pump was stuck on when I got home and had been for a few hours. I tried a few things to no avail. I went online and filled out the form to request a service call - I have yet 24 hours later to receive a response. I went elsewhere for assistance.

Jim from Hy-Pro came out within a couple of hours after we called re our furnace quitting. He assessed the problem in no time and gave us several options and prices. Our furnace broke down twice over the holidays. Two separate issues . Even though it has some age to it , Each time the boys from Hy-pro, Got it up and running and they had the parts on the truck. A week later my hot water tank went, Again I called Hy-pro out to do the gas hook up for me. Excellent Response time and customer servi

Eric C fixed a blocked sewage pipe for us last Saturday, it was a crappy job but he did it with a smile. He was very transparent, showing me costs and results making it easier to drop that kind of cash. Would recommend him in a heart beat!!

Mike managed to find the reason my humidifier wasn't working (DIY wiring from previous owner). He had the spare part needed on hand and the problem solved in less than 45 mins. Highly recommended!
