Happy customer says....Philip came out on a Saturday in the middle of a long weekend for a multifaceted issue. He went the extra mile and he was really nice about it. Who could ask for more?
Philip was great, the work was completed very quickly and with little interruption. He showed up a little late but once he was here everything was great. I would definitely use them again.
He arrived early for the appointment He was able to figure out what needed to be done, and got it done the same day in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them.
They came and gave me an estimate with no strings attached. Was friendly even after I said no to the quote and when I said I would just do the job myself he gave me some tips on what to do. I was...or I am to cheap I guess to pay for the service... But I think is fair to say I would use them if was a job I could not do myself
I called Hy-Pro mid morning because of poor water pressure in my house, and the very pleasant woman on the phone told me someone would be by within a few hours. Ridiculous 24 hr service!! I called at 8 am and took the day off work to wait for someone to show up at 3:15 that wanted nothing to do with trying to solve my drain issue. The exact reason I wasted my weekend trying to resolve it myself so I didn’t have to deal with someone else that didn’t want to be here Thanks I will keep my cash

Unsatisfied. Toilet repair was delayed, and not properly closed off. Overnight, it leaked and cause damage to the downstairs neighbor's Condo. Hy-Pro did not take responsibility, and refused to correct the issue. Why hire a professional if they are not going to protect your home from damage?
A drainage pipe underneath the shower was leaking with water dripping from it on to the basement. I called Hy-pro to schedule an appointment. It was scheduled next day from 11 to 2pm.
