Professional, personable, problem solved properly. I was frustrated by repeated visits by another plumbing service. Eric clearly takes pride in his workmanship and is an excellent communicator.

Your plumber, Kurt Vanner, was very thorough. He replaced the drain pipe from the laundry - kitchen that was clogged shut to the main sewer pipe from our home. He did an excellent job, he was friendly, had the right attitude - take the time to do it right. He left our basement clean. We were pleased with the job he did. Thank you..

We had a dripping bathroom faucet and a toilet leaking around the base but no more thanks to Jeremy! He arrived on time, knew what option was the best for us and got the job done. Best of all when he left he had cleaned up the two areas he worked in so well it was like he was never there. Would I call Hy-pro again? You bet I would.
