I have been a tenant for 4 year's during that time every issue I have had was swiftly resolved. When I have questions about something I can can talk to live person and get a good answer in short time. I feel that someone at the other cares about good service.

I requested to tour a place and Jeremy quickly responded. He was available the same day at a time after I got off from work, which is very important and rare as I don’t want to take time off from work. He was also quick to respond to any questions I had and was attentive to my needs. I didn’t end up renting the place due to other reasons, but I would for sure use them again.

We worked on a project with this company to get one of their properties up to compliance in Portland. As a contractor we enjoyed working with them. All pertinent plans and information were provided to us and they always paid their bills on time. Hope to work with them in the future.
