We worked on a project with this company to get one of their properties up to compliance in Portland. As a contractor we enjoyed working with them. All pertinent plans and information were provided to us and they always paid their bills on time. Hope to work with them in the future.
I have been a tenant for 4 year's during that time every issue I have had was swiftly resolved. When I have questions about something I can can talk to live person and get a good answer in short time. I feel that someone at the other cares about good service.
I requested to tour a place and Jeremy quickly responded. He was available the same day at a time after I got off from work, which is very important and rare as I don’t want to take time off from work. He was also quick to respond to any questions I had and was attentive to my needs. I didn’t end up renting the place due to other reasons, but I would for sure use them again.
This team is truly the best in Portland and the surrounding areas. I had the opportunity to consult with Jeremy on real estate investing and work with Aya on a home listing, and both experiences were outstanding. Jeremy and Aya are incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and so generous with their time. I highly recommend HomeBase Real Estate Group for all real estate needs in the Portland area. They truly do it all, from buying and selling to property management and investment guidance. Love working with this team and hope to have the opportunity to do so again! (Thank you guys for all your help last year!!) -Nikki
D&N Assurance LLC had the pleasure of working with Jeremy and his company, and we must say he is an incredibly easygoing person to collaborate with. The entire process, from arranging the project to finalizing the agreement, was seamless and quick. Communication was smooth, and the payment was processed promptly and without any issues. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for efficient and reliable service. Looking forward to working together again!
