Truly an amazing experience! Be patient if you have an appointment because the wait is worth it. Gwen spent significant time with my Aunt who is suffering from early stages of onset dementia. Gwen is certified for Alzheimer’s and dementia care and her patience, caring and knowledge are the best we found while shopping for hearing aids. We will never forget how she helped us and her services are available in store or over FaceTime for any adjustment or questions about the aids or services available. The person in charge, Gwen, was highly informed about hearing and esp its impact on brain function. She is very smart and focused, yet also personable w some sense of humor. Different members of her family work with her and they are all supportive of each other to make the group function as well as it does. Her daughter Trinity is also both very knowledgable as well as compassionate. I Their hearing aids are incredibly good ones, are so comfortable you don’t know they’re there and no one else does either; they are very easy to use and charge overnight. Gwen is accessible and remains in constant support while you have the hearing aids.

Gwen is amazing! I have was told that I needed to get surgery to have a hearing aid implanted after having a tumor removed from my head. After visiting Gwen, she worked with me and did some tests and help found a solution to help my hearing advance to a comfortable level. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her more than she knows. Anytime I need her assistance, she has never disappointed me with a response or quick action. You get what you pay for and Gwen was definitely a great investment!
