Amazing dental work and care. They’ve done my wisdom teeth and their planning on doing so much more work on my teeth in the future to make me feel like me again and I’m happy I paired up with them for my dental care. They understand you and try and fix what your problems are or what’s going on. Their very understanding and careful on what needs to be done they are an amazing team. Good job Gental Dental!!

Absolutely love this gentle dental. I had a terrible experience with the gentle dental on Coburg, but this one everyone there is amazing The receptionist Connie went out of her way to make sure to get my appointments scheduled this month before my insurance was going to lapse. Whenever I get my insurance up and going again, I will definitely be returning

I like the springfield location but I’ve had a couple bad experiences at the chambers location. First time was when my root canal tooth broke. The dentist laid me back took a peek, said it either needs pulled or a crown and sat me back up and that was that. No x-rays no nothing. The receptionist asked why there weren't at least any X-Rays done on me and the assistant just said | don't know. Got scheduled 5 months out for next appointment. Second time went in morning for walk in emergency due to immense pain. My tooth that had a filling completely broke in half down to the bone and a nerve is exposed. | was told by reception an hour into waiting to leave due to their suction being down. As | was about to leave, the nurse calls me back. | got my Xrays done and numbing for the pain. Afterwards, confronted receptionist asking why she told me to leave and her response was that she was told the wrong information and that it's not personal. Had | just listened to her and left | would've got no pain relief, medication, xrays, or a treatment plan. Ontop of all of this, they didnt ever send out my prescription to be filled. I went to pick it up and pharmacist said there's nothing for me at any pharmacy, she checked them all and by that time Gentledentalwas closed. Still in pain!! What's the point of emergency dental if nothing actually gets done for the tooth at the visit!

Had a wonderful experience for my first visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Saikin was very nice. Lisa was awesome - she was positive, friendly, and most of all made me feel at ease. Whitney was very nice and helpful with surgical scheduling. Thank you so much to a great Team - I truly appreciate it!

Staff was amazing and sweet but the dr... omg how evil before even introducing himself he bluntly told me that I would get see for a emergency walk in because I might need a extraction and I have a bad infection. Told him I dont want a extraction he then yelled at me and said "you see this infection it will KILL you!" Offer me a extraction for a infection not antibiotics wow!!!! Again all staff other than dr is amazing
