Wait Time

I have been treated by Dr. Stice for several years. While I find him to be a very competent physician, I am increasingly alarmed by the amount of time I have to spend in the waiting area...on the average 2 hours. I am a professional in private practice, if I kept clients waiting that long I wouldn't have a practice. My time is valuable too and when I have to budget 4 hours in order to be sure that I am seen and helped, I lose valuable time. I will likely be looking for another clinic in the near future unless this changes.

    Professional and kind

    I enjoyed my recent vision checkup at Eye Care Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Stice and his assistant were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and treated me with care. Everyone from start to finish was very professional and kind.

    Love the Doctor but wait time long

    Love my Doctor, his manner , knowledge and efficiency. Front desk a little taxed it appeared as efficient and in the end helpful but not cheerful or warm. Waited 45' for my appt. Doctors assistants were good, but one made a poor copy of my paperwork and front desk had to copy again so I could take original with me. I ended up being there an hour with only 5-10' in the actual exam room! I'm not sure how to rate because my time is important and as they say Money too. I'm rating the Doctor high...but they need to realize 45' is unacceptable.

    Got lost & late twice but was forgiven.

    It’s a warm welcoming group and at the same time experienced and professional. The doctor himself is warm & friendly and does an excellent job of putting one at ease.

    Eye exam,glasses,warranty work,eye problems.

    They treated me great, lots of positive energy. Explained complicated eye problem well and followed up. Thanks Mike
