Everyone was very helpful. I asked to have my original lens put back into my frames. I still have issues w them but honesty feel glasses cannot be made to correct my vision to “crisp and clear.” I don’t like being a pest and will just make them do. Since cataract surgery, I continually feel like there is a floating film on my eyes. Staff at the clinic are very helpful and understanding. Declining eye sight often comes with age.
I enjoyed my recent vision checkup at Eye Care Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Stice and his assistant were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and treated me with care. Everyone from start to finish was very professional and kind.
Love my Doctor, his manner , knowledge and efficiency. Front desk a little taxed it appeared as efficient and in the end helpful but not cheerful or warm. Waited 45' for my appt. Doctors assistants were good, but one made a poor copy of my paperwork and front desk had to copy again so I could take original with me. I ended up being there an hour with only 5-10' in the actual exam room! I'm not sure how to rate because my time is important and as they say Money too. I'm rating the Doctor high...but they need to realize 45' is unacceptable.
It was very efficient. From exam to glass selection to delivery it was very impressive.
It’s a warm welcoming group and at the same time experienced and professional. The doctor himself is warm & friendly and does an excellent job of putting one at ease.
They treated me great, lots of positive energy. Explained complicated eye problem well and followed up. Thanks Mike
