Eye care Physicians CARE

In the past I was not too pleased with the wait time at this facility but this latest visit really opened my eyes! I had to have a variety of tests done that required me to go to three various rooms and two waiting rooms. I thought about the logistics involved in how many people need this test or that test and the craziness of multiple doctors and services being offered and realized that they really have A LOT going on!! I think the thing that helped most this time was that I was constantly assured someone would be with me shortly or that I would be next for this testing room or that there was one patient ahead of me. In the past I would have been left in a room for up to 40 minutes. Being checked on and told what was happening made all the difference in the world! Please keep providing this kind of helpful customer service as it makes waiting a lot easier! Thank you for opening my eyes!?
