Staff sucks

Well your staff could have told me they were waiting for an open room. Also your staff is rude especially dr Morris assistant who people in rooms. Does not like handicapped people just a plain bitch. Your receptionist was in a hurry to shove me out the door. The door closed on me and the wheelchair as a kid was coming in. Your whole staff needs at a minimum a lesson in manners since I am paying out of pocket for your service. I don’t need to be treated like an OHP person when my insurance covers any frame you have in your office oh yeah they never called to tell me they were in I had to just pop in. Sarcasm great staff.

First appointment/eyeglass purchase from ECP

My wife and I went for vision checks and new eyeglasses. While my wife has not had any eye problems, I've had three cataract surgeries while living in Washington, and constant attention from The Everett Clinic after they replaced a defective implant; that surgery was done by a different clinic. While I was impressed by the clinic staff, I was not impressed by the optometrist. He did not seem to listen to or care about my past history. I told him about getting annual field of vision tests, and he ignored that and made me feel like anything beyond a cursory check up wasn't going to happen. That's truly the only thing we found lacking at the clinic. Our eyeglasses are fine, and the delivery of the glasses was faster than expected.

Great Care

I was greeted by the receptionist with courtesy…and place in an examination room for a few minutes…my eyes were dialated…the optometrist was through with his exam..

Care provider was thorough in questions relating to d.......s and eyes. Dr. Harrington was also thorough and answered all of my questions. See you next year.

Efficient Office

The front office staff was very communicative and helpful. Though, once taken into a room to see the doctor, I didn't experience the same communication skills.

Incorrect Billing

Been going for years 2020 went for my yearly but they billed it as a medical causing me 250 copay and refused to code it differently and bill to my eye insurance. They said it was because it was a referral from my doctor but I made the appt and have been there many times before never been billed to medical before. They didn't even pretend to care or try to fix it. Never see a dollar from me or my family.

Annual Eye Checkup

All the staff at the Eye Clinic, from the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors, are friendly and always put me at ease. They encourage questions and really care about the patients.

Won't be Returning

I had my exam & then took my prescription to get new glasses. When my glasses arrived they did not feel or seem right - the prescription on the lenses was verified to match as it was written. The lady explained to me that sometimes it takes time to adjust & that I needed to give them some time. So home I went & wore them for an hour or so until my eye muscles were sore - then decided that something was just not right. When I phoned they said that they needed to verify the lenses were made correctly (which had already been done). So when I went they said that yes the lenses were made correctly, but they would not recheck me without me wearing the glasses for at least 24 hours. Even if they hurt my eyes I asked? Yes she said. Well I went home & put them on first thing in the morning, but couldn't even wear them for 10 minutes - it's like looking through the bottom of a glass bottle. So instead of being made to feel like I've done something wrong - I will pay this bill which is a complete waste of my money & go to another eye doctor. Thanks for nothing.

Knowledgeable staff

It was very apparent that not just the doctor but all staff was very knowledgeable in eye care and in their position. Quick and efficient. And really quick on glasses coming in for pick up. Will definitely recommend this clinic to our family and friends

Vision exam went as expected. Doctor and techs very knowledgable, courteous, and helpful.

Eye glasses

My eye exam went great but when I ordered my lenses for my frames they called me 3 times to say they were done . The 1st time they hadn't ordered them yet, the 2nd time the lenses didn't fit, finally the 3rd time they were done.
