Wonderful service & personable people!

We contracted with DeSantis Landscapes in July/August 2022 & this past February/March 2023 for two major projects involving our front & backyard, as well as descending terraces. From Heidi as the main contact along with Carlos & all the various onsite personnel, we were so pleased & impressed with ongoing work & final results. Their communication was always clear & planning flexible. Projects started on time & the work site at the end of the day tidy & organized for the next work day. We have personally recommended them to all our family & friends. Thanks in abundance, DeSantis folks!!!

Excellent customer service from everyone at DeSantis

If we had the option to give more than 5 stars we would do that! Everyone involved in our project was wonderful. DeSantis is truly a company that understands the meaning of stellar customer service. Tara translated our desires into a dream landscape. Ben made sure that all aspects of the project were carried out perfectly. The landscape installers were two of the nicest, friendliest, most considerate people we have had the opportunity to work with. You all made our dream come true!

We were really happy with our experience with working with everyone from DeSantis. I love the yard design. The crew was always friendly and professional. They did a great job of translating the plan into a beautiful reality. I especially appreciate the care they took getting that stone path in. Extremely un professional

Very disappointed in this company! & the work they did at my home, i was reffered to them by a friend and was very let down..the crew of workers that came to my home was very unprofessional using fowl language, i even saw them urinating on the side of my home, leaving garbage on my property, i was very disgusted with the company and their work, i tried to contact dean desantis about the problems over and over again and never got a phone call back. The only time id hear from them was when they wanted money, but they never attended to my concerns or problems i will never return to them for work nor will i refer them to anyone And on the other hand the construction headman i believe his name was Ted was so nice and polite at first but then i herd how he was talking to his employees that were installing my fairly large water feature on my property the workers did a good job on my water feature but it took them longer them expected because of the headman barking orders and always stopping them to yell.

Expertise delivered with unparalleled customer service

We had a significant, complicated landscape project that the crew did in our absence. They coordinated perfectly with our landscape designer and delivered an on-time project. That was the first of the job well done. They didn't stop there, when we had issues with our water supply (completely unrelated to their work) they provided high quality follow-up customer service. We were more than a customer left in the dust. The calibre AND the attitude of the ones who serviced our place (Ted and Aaron) is impressive and a credit to the company. We can't recommend them enough, and are extremely pleased we chose DeSantis --- as we have been in the past, as well.

Refreshingly Knowledgable and Caring about Environmental Issues

This company is refreshingly knowledgeable and genuinely caring about environmental issues. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with them. I wish everyone on Pete's Mountain who uses a commercial landscaper would switch over to them; we could go a long way toward meeting our water and habitat goals as a community.

A beautiful water feature and first-rate service

Desantis just completed a new water feature for us, and we could not be more pleased. The construction crew was both professional and very pleasant, and they accomplished the job in significantly less time than we had expected. The water feature looks as if it had been taken directly out of the forest, and it is really lovely. We will definitely use Desantis for all of our future projects, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Quality and Service

DeSantis just completed a major renovation of our side and back yards, including large paver patios, a gas fireplace, a wood fire pit, benches, stairs, hot tub set-up, and more. The quality of the materials and the workmanship are excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Our design consultant, Kyle, went above and beyond to make us happy with the project, and worked closely with us from beginning to end. We could not have been happier with his work! The site foreman, Ted, was extremely knowledgeable and competent, as was his crew of installers. When we asked for a couple changes and additions, they made the changes without a problem. All the work was done quickly and efficiently. At the end of the project, Kyle and Ted came back to make sure we were happy with everything -- and we are! It's beautiful, and we are grateful to this company for their outstanding work!!!

The best landscapers we've had so far

We had Desantis do major cleanup, pruning of large hedges, and small amount of planting. They did an excellent job, and based on the job they have done so far we will certainly continue to use them for regular maintenance and several larger construction projects. Good landscapers are hard to find, and we've struck gold here!

We initially contacted DeSantis to assist us in creating a new driveway in order to avoid the huge tree roots of our beautiful Sequoia tree. Their former employee, Anne, came up with the perfect design for our front yard. Dean DeSantis took over when Anne left and then Ben and his team implemented the design. We are thrilled with our new driveway and landscape. We receive compliments daily from all the folks who walk past our house. Thank you, DeSantis. We will recommend you to our friends.

Keeping our community beautiful!

DeSantis is in our neighborhood two days a week. They are like a force that sweeps through the common areas and front yards of Arranmore. They work efficiently to complete in two days what other landscape companies took 3-4 days to do! Our aging landscape requires an expertise to keep our neighborhood looking sharp. We are extremely happy with the attention to detail we have on our property. Matt & his team are consistent, professional & easy to work with. Their knowledge & care of plant & tree health has been exceptional. They have taken care of emergencies & unplanned problems due to the Sellwood Bridge construction with great concern & care. Sellwood Harbor is very appreciative of all they are doing to help ease us through the construction process.

Ecological Responsibility

This is our first year with DeSantis as our condominium's landscape maintenance provider, and we're impressed by their focus on ecological responsibility. They've also helped us to implement strategies that will cut our expenses as we move forward. The fleur de lawn they installed went smoothly and efficiently. They were quite responsive to emergencies that cropped up, and we appreciate Matt taking time to meet with us periodically to address any problems that arise.

Amazing Service

I have worked with Desanitis and Matt Holt for over 2 years now and i have had incredible service and support and questions or anything i need they are right on top of it. our resturants at burgerville the landscape is light years ahead of where they were before Desantis took over. a big thank you to the team at Desantis and keep up the great work and incredible service that you guys are.
