Horrible customer service and policies
Warning! Business connections is charging $1.75 per hang up and for robo calls. According to them I had 55 last month that I was charged for. Why?! They aren't taking or forwarding any messages, simply hanging up and still charging me. Why don't they have something in place to prevent this? Customer service is complacent with all this so I guess it's my problem, which is a sad testimony about their "Customer service". I'm closing my account

All the clients I've spoken have made a point of saying how good your staff is and I'm always pleased to hear the warm and articulate individuals that transfer my calls to me. I'm not sure what you do to make Business Connections so much better than any other service I've tried, but it's a definite success.
