Spoke with Betsy this morning and she took my message for Ms Hartman. Beaty was so nice and patient over the telephone. I called back this afternoon and Ms Hartman was still busy Betsy took my message again to give to Ms Hartman. I guess she heard the worry in my voice. Ms Hartman called me back within 15 min and spoke in great detail about some of her experience. Even though Ms Hartman wasn't able to directly help me she spoke with me for a good deal of an hour explaining things that both the DMV in Texas and Cal hadn't told me about and some great information which I was able to make 2 phones and get the ball rolling. <br />

Thank you Ms Hartman for taking the time and energy to explain my situation to me. Not too many people would be out there giving up that much time of theirs if he or she want gaining from you. <br />

Bad Customer Service
I received a post card form this business and I get one approximately every month from this business. I wish to be removed from their mailing list and usually I send a letter requesting to be removed. The mailing did not include a mailing address, so I called the number on the card. The person I talked to told me that I might get one more post card, but he did not make any effort to verify my name or mailing address where I was receiving the unwanted mail. I kept asking how he could remove me from his mailing list if he did not verify who I was. He did not answer this question and became very rude. He told me I was wasting his time and threatened to report me to the authorities. Strange behavior I think for a business selling quality answering services. On the second call he hung up without confirming that I would be removed from the mailing list.

Side Note - I was unhappy with my old receptionist service. I was losing calls because there was a delay (waiting on hold) to reach a live person. Then, when they would answer they often incorrectly pronounced my name were rude to callers.
