This is the first year that I have had BONN roofing clean my roof and gutters. They were on time and on budget as to what I expected and I’m very happy with the service they provided. They also contacted me after the service was completed to make sure I was satisfied and had any concerns that they should be aware of. I will be using
Very responsive and on time. Great to work with.
Bonn were easy to work with and did a great job on my roof and siding.
When doing our yearly check they forgot to clean the gutters and a part of our roof they missed last year also. Clean up was not good and I spent at least an hour cleaning. They came back after my husband called and did the gutters and our cover over patio. Again clean up was bad and patio furniture was covered with roof scraps and
Cleaned some moss off the roof. Great service. Fast and efficient.
This is the 2nd time I've called Bonn Roof Care Salem! And I will use them again. My gutters and downspouts were cleaned out. Roof cleaned and treated for moss. Expensive, but worth the cost for a professional job done.
On the advice of my neighbor, I hired Bonn Roof Care to clean my roof and to provide annual maintenance. I was very impressed with not only the communication from their office but also the workers themselves. Glad I've entered into an annual contract with them.
From first contact to post-cleaning walk through, a 100% positive experience. Travis could not have done more to make this a great experience. I’m very very pleased.
Team arrived early. Erik & Ramiro cleaned roof and gutters, replaced two tiles, applied moss control and cleaned up all areas surrounding the work. Very clear about the work to be completed and delivered to the expectation.
They did a great job cleaning the roof. They also looked at how to improve water diversion at locations that could either rot wood or cause moss growth. When they were done the moss was gone, and the roof looked like new.
Workers arrived early, set up work are, removed moss and treated roof, cleaned up around the house, and were gone leaving no sign they were ever there, save for the nice clean roof.
The guys appeared to do a great job. My only issue was that I came home mid day to find our truck covered in moss with a large piece of wood. Thankfully it does lt look like the wood damaged anything but I had been home earlier and the guys could have asked me to move the truck. I moved the truck midday and while they did a great job cleaning up the site they forgot the truck. Otherwise the guys were professional and let me know when they were leaving.
Julian showed up as scheduled, answered our questions, and went right to work. He completed the job, did a complete cleanup, requested our inspection and approval before leaving. Excellent job by a very competent employee.
We’ve been using Bonn Roof Care for years and are always pleased with their work. This time Erik and Esia really did an exceptional job cleaning , scraping, and cleaning the roof and gutters. After job cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend them.
Bonn Roof Care has cleaned our roof and our gutters for several years. They are attentive to each detail of the job all the way through to the site cleanup. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
I hired Bonn Roof Care recently to perform gutter cleaning as well as routine yearly roof maintenance including moss preventative. I was impressed with the overall job. They sent a QC team back out to clean up a window or two, so they won’t give up until the job is done to your satisfaction. I will continue to use Bonn Roof Care for
I used Bonn roof care for removal of moss and they did great job. Very careful with my roof , got rid of all the moss and cleaned up nicely . Thank you .
On the first roof cleaning, I did not feel it was done properly. I spoke with someone at Bonn and he came out to look and agreed it was not done completely. On second cleaning visit, the roof looked pretty much the same. The third time, it looked better but there was still some debris. I was then told there were some areas that could not be completely cleaned without damaging the tiles. At this point I was strongly encouraged to pay the remainder of our bill (by conversation and emails). We mailed it that day. As far as I know, the roof repair was done properly though postponed due to supply chain issues.
Soooooo nice to deal with this company and Todd's crew - on time, attention to detail, and thorough. We will DEFINITLY be recommending Bonn Roof Care - Eugene
