Bonn is relentless! No matter how long I procrastinate, they are faithful to keep after me to allow them to service my roofs. When I finally did agree to let them make the roofs clean and protected they did a wonderful job. And they're patient in regards to me paying what I owe them for the great work they did. I cannot overstate
I had the limited moss that had built up in the 4 years since I got a new roof cleaned off and moss barrier applied. The team that came out (Connor and Chris) were very friendly and talked through any of my concerns before getting started. They did a thorough job and let me know what they found after they cleaned up. I was very happy with the job well done.
They first cleaned and treated our roof about 3 years ago……. the moss disappeared and the roof seemed to get better each year. The moss never came back. I believe the treatment needs to be done every two years. We went three and the roof still looked clean. We had the full service done again this year. I am very pleased with their se
I found Bonn to be the most honest company I made contact with. I initially was going to have the roof replaced but Bonn was the ONLY company who suggested, cleaning and moss barrier which I had not done in years. Everyone from the gals in the office to the guys who came out to do the work have been so pleasant (whether on the phone or in person). I had a few questions which were answered promptly and they also explained what they do, how they do it and why they do it. I like the details! They arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards!! Thank you Grant, Hunter, Connor and Antonio who climbed up there in the blistering heat...and, Hayden and James who came to do a post cleaning inspection. When I do need a new roof, I will be calling Bonn.
Great and responsible company. Highly recommend
The office called to see if the crew could come a day earlier than scheduled. This worked for me! The crew was on time, polite and did their job quickly and well. They were able to identify a couple of loose shingles and repaired them right then, after asking permission. I have used Bonn for years for annual cleaning, maintenance and small repairs as needed. I will continue to do so.
Cleaned the roof and applied moss prevention. The men were very courteous and thorough. Cleaned up after the job was done. Very satisfied with the service.
Very happy with the job completed by Cameron, Grant & Hunter. Followup was good and even came back to blow the roof off a second time. Roof looks great, I'm happy with a job well done.
I would give Bonn Roof Care of Salem 5 stars, not because they were perfect, but because they came back and corrected their minor imperfections. That is my standard for perfect service. The crew was professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. Well done!
We were very pleased with Jay and the job he did on replacing our two skylights. He didn't take a long time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He showed concern that we should have some plastic down to catch any falling debris and I appreciated that. We will ask for him for any future jobs relating to our skylights or roofing projects.
Conner and Grant did an excellent job on our roof. They set a time of arrival and then called to explain that they were experiencing vehicles trouble and would be later. When they did arrive they went right to work, took care of our maintenance on the roof and cleaned up after themselves. That is why we always use your company.
Bonn roof went above and beyond the maximum. I would recommend them.
The new re-roofing job was done quickly and the people doing the work were friendly and very professional. The roof looks beautiful. Thank you Bonn Roof Care.
These guys were great. We have a tile roof with some challenges, and they really did a great job. It hasn’t looked this good since we bought the house. And, everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice. Very detail-oriented, and they sent someone out to do a QC check the next day. Very impressed with these guys.
Bonn Roof Care was highly recommended by a friend, and now I will highly recommend too. Everyone from my initial call to repair was very helpful. My repairs were done within a week. I appreciated their quick response and friendliness. This will definitely be the company I will call in the future for any roofing needs. Thank you!
Bonn Roof Care always does a quality job and is dependable and professional. We have used them for many years.
Good work although a little pricey but overall satisfied. Technicians were pleasant
They did a great job cleaning a very dirty/moss filled roof. This creates quite a mess on the ground and they cleaned that up as well. We are very happy with the service.
They completely messed up my whole property and left white stains all over my house. Do not go to Bonn roof care
We used Bonn Roof Care to inspect and repair our roof and treat it for moss. We would highly recommend this company. They are professional, friendly and courteous.
