Bonn Roof Care was very detailed and conscientious from the scheduling of our roof cleaning through to the follow up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was easy to schedule this work and everything happened very timely, including the follow up work and the person who came out to check to make sure the work was done well. Thank you!
I have a very steep flat tile roof and so it is hard to even get a roofing company to work on it. The crew arrived on time and laid out tarps to protect specific areas. They not only blew the roof clean by then scrubbed the dirt and moss with wire brushes. They also replaced all broken tiles. The roof looked fantastic and they bagged , cleaned up and removed all the debris of which where was a lot as we love in a wooded area, Attentive, friendly and responsible crew. The roof looked spectacular when they were done.
I have worked with Bonn Roof Care for at least a decade. Excellent response time, honest, and wonderful to work with. A special thanks to Dena and Sebastian for the work on 7/9/2020.
I have used Bonn Roof Care. I am never disappointed. Always on time (or early). Job well done. Clean up is always thorough and so appreciated.
The Bonn Roof Care staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job cleaning a buildup of moss from my roof, within the time and cost they estimated. My roof really looks as good as new. I am planning to use them to do annual maintenance.
The work that Bonn did replacing the roof on my duplex was absolutely beautiful with attention paid to a lot of details that will help the new roof get a full lifetime out of it. They were very knowledgeable about what is needed to ensure that the roof would not need replacing prematurely like my previous roof and even improved it in many areas to ensure water did not get where it shouldn't go. I would highly recommend Bonn Roof care for your roofing needs.
I have used Bonn Roofing numerous times. Each time they have done an excellent job. I will continue to recommend them to clients as well.
We have used Bonn Roof Care in the past and knew they would be the best company for our roof care. We had not had it cleaned in a few years and the moss was starting to be very noticeable. The company sent a representative to do an estimate and they were extremely competitive for the high standard of work expected. They worked with me to set up a service date that was a few weeks out from the day I called for the estimate because of our scheduling. They arrived on time (actually early, lol, good for them) and spent the day paying attention to EVERYTHING that needed to be done and performed an exceptional job. The office staff was fantastic. They answered all my questions with patience and good humor. I wish all companies had the foresight to hire employees that seem to enjoy their jobs as Bonn Roof Care seems to have accomplished. They also sent out a representative a few days later to make sure that the job had been performed up to their standards and MINE. Excellent customer care in addition to their main task.....Roof Care.
Setting up the appointment was easy. Caleb and Travis arrived a bit early. They were courteous and did a good job.
The folks at Bonn came out to fix a leaky roof issue for us and performed in an exemplary fashion. They are certainly not inexpensive but they do excellent work. I’d use them again!
Scheduling and follow-up was efficient. Crew arrived on time and did a thorough job. Clean-up was very well done and the thorough spraying that helped clean the windows was a plus.
Excellent and timely communication, as well as service. Highly recommend.
Bonn Roof Care is our go-to company for roof maintenance. They are responsive, thorough, professional and polite.
Brian (who who cleaned our roof) arrived on time and roof was thoroughly cleaned. I had some concerns about a skylight and they sent someone out to address it within a few days. We have used Bonn before, and we will continue to use them again. I follow the adage "you get what you pay for," and less expensive often translates to less impressive.
As always Bonn Roofing does a wonderful job and I so easy to work with.
Guys cleaned our roof yesterday and worked hard and did a good cleanup. Courteous and accommodating, we were very happy with the job and would recommend their work highly . Thank you
Scheduling, estimates, service and follow-up were very professional. Initial cleaning wasn't quite good enough, but Bonn initiated follow-up and without hesitation came back out and re-cleaned. Excellent service, high quality, expensive.
Bonn Roof Care has cleaned and maintained my tile roof for over 15 years. They have always been professional, efficient and reliable. My tile roof is now 28 years old and with the help of Bonn Roof Care, I hope to be able to continue to enjoy my roof for as long as possible. I highly recommend Bonn for your roof care needs.
The crew was on time and did a thorough job. I was happy with the service they provided and would reccomend them. Thank you
This is the 2nd time I have used Bonn Roof Care, and like the 1st time, they did not disappoint. The crew arrived on time and were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job on our roof cleaning. A BIG shout out to Bryan, Kevin and Erick for a job well done. Their cleanup was also spot on and done right. Thanks folks. You did a wonderful job and the wife and I couldn't be happier !!!!
