I have probably been here 4 or 5 times since opening already and it has been great every time! The service is extremely fast and everything comes out great. The appetizers and ramen both are very good and pretty authentic for Salem.
Update: I had the Miso Ramen 🍜 and Pork pan fried gyoza 🥟 I had to go back it’s so good! Not too salty and not to greasy and it’s subtle and light and savory and not too overwhelmingly rich so it’s really easy to eat and feel satisfying! Me and my boyfriend went to eat at a new ramen place in Salem and 10/10 we would go back! It’s so tasty and variety of delicious ramen flavors! I had pork pan fried dumplings and spicy Tan Tan Ramen Noodles with broth (Dan Dan Noodles version of ramen) The restaurant is called Akai Ramen & Izakaya and is a fairly new place! Plus they have a yummy variety of foods!
