Apr 20, 2015 Great Service
Had an unfortunately large pet stain, they came by and made it disappear. I've used Abbey Carpet several times and always been happy with the service, the price and the results.

Apr 9, 2015 The only carpet cleaner we use
As usual, Jim did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt, professional and personable, and the price is always very reasonable. Abbey's is the preferred carpet cleaner in our neighborhood.

Apr 9, 2015 I thought they installed new carpet
It's been a while since I NEEDED Abbey Carpet cleaning. I forgot how awesome their service is. Jim was very cordial and really was intent on making sure he understood all of my concerns. Had some pet stains (not from my dog) in many rooms. Family room was trashed from dog dirt ground in. I left after my walk through with Jim. Came home that night and I had new carpet again!!!! It was immaculate and smelled like new. They put all of the heavy furniture up on Styrofoam blocks to keep any moisture from getting to the wood bases. Forget Rug Doctor or any rental. My carpet cleaner is like using a bb gun on an elephant. For the work Jim did, what I invested in my carpets was a bargain. I won't ever go anywhere else. Good job Shawn Abbey.

Apr 8, 2015 Super Ultra Fantastic Service
We've used Abbey's before so we knew that we would get great service again. Colin worked hard to get the job done right as he tirelessly worked late into the late evening. I know we'll use them again and again.

Apr 5, 2015 Very satisfied
My carpets had not been cleaned for

several years, and had a number of

spots of unknown origin. Colin was able to remove the spots and also to make the carpet on the stairs look 100% better! I have used Abbey Carpet cleaners on the past and will continue to recommend them. Thanks for an honest, quality job!

Feb 27, 2014 Terrific Service and Spotless Carpets!
I've been using Abbey Carpet Cleaning for many years, and I'm totally happy with the friendly service and carpet cleaning they provide. My yard is red clay dirt the dogs track in, and was imbedded in a light gray carpet. Jim made the carpets totally spotless and you'd never know I have red clay dirt, or dogs for that matter!

Jan 3, 2014 FAST & Efficient!!
I recently discovered that our 10-pound little pug has been relieving herself in my daughters' two bedrooms. She was trained as a puppy (before we got her) to get up on towels and go. We thought we were being very careful and that she had matured in her potty-training, but no! Ugh! Our carpets were installed less than two years ago and the last thing I want is an odor in our home. Not knowing who to call or having any experience with carpet cleaners before, I googled "carpet cleaning salem oregon" and up popped Abbey's. They are local, reputable, and were even able to come out the same week to get the smells taken care of. Hopefully we won't ever have this issue again, but if we do need carpet cleaning services in the future, Abbey's will be the first place I call. Thank you so much!

Oct 25, 2013 Great Service
Completely customer focused. All the details are thought of - phone call right on time to let me know when he'd be there, floor and corner protection, free bottle of spot remover, work completely guaranteed. Oh and just for the heck of it he cleaned the entry rug. What a treat. Very pleased. Thank you Jim! I would, & will, recommend Abbey Carpet Care without hesitation!

Oct 13, 2013 Always Reliable and Great Service!
I have been using Abbey's Carpet Care for nearly 20 years! In fact, this is the 4th house that they have been cleaning my carpets and couches in!! I know that we can count on Shaun sending out one of his "good" guys because they are ALL good! Shaun even saved my carpet once when my 2 1/2 year old daughter got a hold of finger nail polish! Great job to Tyler who came out last weekend, he left our carpets looking great!
Sep 25, 2013 Absolute Miracle Worker!
Jim Hedstrom cleaned an R.V. that is lived in full time by our elderly father. It has been lived in for 12 years & the carpet was beyond dirty. We had tried to clean it twice ourselves to no avail. He worked his magic and the carpet looks brand new. He also cleaned 2 recliners for us and some of our carpet and as usual he made them look extreemly nice also. Jim always goes the extra mile w/the jobs he has done for us. He is very comitted to his profession and takes a lot of pride in what he does & his work really shows this. We and our kids who live across the road from us have used Jim and Abbey Carpet Care for quite a few years now and we just can't imagine using anyone else. The are THE VERY BEST !!!
