I have been using Abbey's for the past 6 years and have no intention of using any other service provider. The customer service is exceptional and personable.
My couch was cleaned this past service and it looks as if I just purchased it! I highly recommend this company!
I've had Abbey Carpet Care come for several years now....they do a great job. They come in and get the job done quickly and professionally. My family is hard on carpets....not the types to leave our shoes at the door...and we have pets too.....but our 10 year old carpet looked great when Skyler was done. Thanks!
Skyler did a great, professional job cleaning and bringing a 25+ year old carpet back to life. Much appreciated!
We have used Abbey Carpet Care for years. Always good friendly service. Have recommended them to others many times.
I normally don't take part in this kinda of thing, but I am because of one person (employee). Jim Hedstrom, of Abbey Carpet Care, has been cleaning our carpets since 1994 the year we moved in. Jim makes Abbey Carpet Care what it is period. Jim is a leader and most of all a people person. He might clean carpets but Jim would be comftrebale as White House Chief Of Staff. Abbey Carpet Care is most fortunate to have Jim, any business large or small would want Jim, he is an outstanding human being. And yes the carpets look great, the originals.
Jim did a fantastic job blending in the black walnut stains on our light carpet. We thought it was ruined Our carpet looks almost like new again We definitely will use him again. Thanks Jim..
Our family room has been well used by many people, as well as our daughter's cocker spaniel puppy. The carpet was dingy with some spots, and there was a slight odor from pet accidents. After the Abbey professionals were finished, it looked almost new ... exceeded our expectations! Also, the service professionals--Skyler and Rob-- arrived on time and were friendly and thorough. I'd definitely call Abbey again, and recommend their services to my friends!
I would highly recommend Abbey Carpet Care for cleaning rugs and carpet. Their employees provide prompt, courteous service. My carpet looks like new. Thank you, Jim and Skyler. I appreciate your work.
We have been using Abbey for about 8 years, after having tried perhaps half a dozen other companies. This time, as always, we received courteous, prompt, comprehensive, professional service and we really like the environmentally friendly products Abbey uses. We also appreciate the satisfaction guarantee because we know we can depend on getting the job done right. We like the spot remover they leave us to use in between cleanings, too.
Once again a great job in every respect. But that's what we expect from Abbey based on our previous experiences. Jim is top notch, friendly, helpful and a master of his craft. We can't imagine using any other company.
Skyler is a very good technician, He explains exactly what he will be doing and what services they have to offer.
Very professional, The kind of person you would expect from Abbey Carpet Care.
We have used them for a few years now. and never was disappointed.
Wewould highly recommend them, they go above and beyond.
they are truly the best and will always use their service,
Today Skyler, area cleaned carpet in all rooms. 6 dining room chairs and 7 kitchen fabric stools,
two area rugs. stairs~ the job he done was wonderful. He is a pleasant, young caring person.
Thanks Skyler
First time we've used Abbey for carpet cleaning and they did a fantastic job. Skyler was very professional and thorough. I was concerned about the stairs and he listened, explained the process and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use Abbey again.
Abbey carpet was recommended a number of years ago by my sister in law..she said, "you can trust them!" So I called and was so please they come twice a year! It has been fun getting to know each one. They are kind, thorough, show great energy and always leave my carpets clean and smelling good! I wouldn't have anyone else!!
This is the 3rd time I have had my carpets cleaned by Abbey Carpet care and I am never disappointed. This is the second time I have had Jim at my house and he is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about his trade and he is courteous and professional. He listens to my questions and answers them in a thorough manner. I couldn't ask for better service!!! I recommend Abbey Carpet (and Jim) to anyone who will listen to me...
SKYLER WAS POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. HE GOT RIGHT DOWN TO PRE-CLEANING SOME DIRTIER SPOTS. DID A GREAT JOB AND VERY REASONABLE.
Of the three professional carpet cleaning services I have used (not Rug Doctor which is way below all three), one was as cheap Abbey and one was as good, but Abbey Carpet Care was both a high quality job and low priced. Our carpets were really messy and they look great now.
Jim has been clearning my carpet for atleast 8 years, maybe more. He's friendly, very professional and does an excellent job. Very recently he had to remove furniture wood stain and on a very light carpet. You can't even see the spot now. He's my hero!!
We've had our carpets cleaned by Abbey for a number of years and they've always gone above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Spots? No problem. Problem pet areas? You bet. They've even kept records of measurements so we know square footage before they start. Left us with a complimentary bottle of spot treatment, and to make things even better, these are quality people. Great service. Thanks...AGAIN!
I received the carpet cleaning estimate one day and had a beautifully cleaned carpet the next day. Even thought i had seen several "carpet cleaning sales" in the newspaper i decided to go with Abbey after viewing their online website and receiving the estimate from their technician Skyler. Yes, the cost was a bit more than the "sale sites", but i just had a good feeling about their company. That good feeling was more than confirmed after Skyler completed the job. His job included, as best i can recall, around six different steps to complete the process. He even did the 5'x5' carpet at the front door entrance. It's now two days later and for sure there's no "buyers remorse"... The carpet dried quickly and even two lasagna stained areas can't be identified now ! Great job, Skyler and Abbey Carpet too !
Skylar was prompt, friendly, and efficient. A wonderful representative of your business.
