I Thought They Installed New Carpet

It's been a while since I NEEDED Abbey Carpet cleaning. I forgot how awesome their service is. Jim was very cordial and really was intent on making sure he understood all of my concerns. Had some pet stains (not from my dog) in many rooms. Family room was trashed from dog dirt ground in. I left after my walk through with Jim. Came home that night and I had new carpet again!!!! It was immaculate and smelled like new. They put all of the heavy furniture up on Styrofoam blocks to keep any moisture from getting to the wood bases. Forget Rug Doctor or any rental. My carpet cleaner is like using a bb gun on an elephant. For the work Jim did, what I invested in my carpets was a bargain. I won't ever go anywhere else. Good job Shawn Abbey.
