I had such a great experience working with this property management team! Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. They made everything go smoothly and were always happy to answer my questions. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. I highly recommend them!
24/7 Properties is an Outstanding Property Management – Highly Recommended for Landlords & Renters! I cannot recommend this property management company highly enough. As a landlord, finding a team that strikes the perfect balance between protecting my investment and genuinely caring for my tenants has been a game-changer. -Their turnaround time is outstanding. They reply to my inquiries almost instantly and maintain proactive, timely communication with renters so everyone is always on the same page. -They actively assess my rentals’ needs before issues escalate. When repairs are necessary, they always find highly affordable, practical fixes rather than pushing for overpriced solutions. -They are incredibly professional yet genuinely caring with renters. They handle sensitive situations—like communicating timely about late rent and collecting balances—firmly, respectfully, and effectively. -Overall, their management fees and services are very affordable, offering top-tier service that maximizes my rental value without breaking the bank. -If you are a property owner looking for a reliable, communicative, and cost-effective management team that keeps both you and your tenants happy, look no further!
Everyone on the move-in team, Hailey and Savannah especially, have been incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process, making what is usually a stressful experience completely seamless and welcoming. When I moved in, everything was clean as could be and in great shape and that was appreciated. I also want to give special recognition to Sean from the maintenance team! He went above and beyond today and put in some incredibly thoughtful lighting under my cabinets. It’s those kinds of personal, extra touches that make a place feel like home right away. Thank you all for being so all-around wonderful!
After trying several property management companies, we moved our portfolio to 24/7 Properties. For the past two years we've been very happy with everyone there. Owner, managers, leasing agents, maintenance. It truly is a well very run , classy company, that cares about both it's tenants and owners. We highly recommend them for any property management and real estate needs. Thank you everyone at 24/7 Properties!
