After the heater began making a rattling sound their technician completed heating repair and secured the loose part that had caused the noise.

The service was completed efficiently, and the technicians clearly explained each step of the A/C dismantlement process, though I wish they had been more careful when handling the surrounding areas👌

I wanted to leave a great review for Clark Brothers Hvac. Our AC and heat pump system quit during a stretch of very hot weather, and they were a huge help. After calling around for AC repair and replacement estimates, I spoke with Kingston about the problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, and he answered all of our questions in simple terms. He also explained important HVAC details about system options, efficiency, and what would work best for our home, which really helped us make the right choice. After doing a lot of research on air conditioning systems and pricing, we chose them for our full heat pump installation. The whole crew was professional, on time, respectful of our home, and very clean during the job. The installation went smoothly, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. If we could give 10 stars, we would. If you need AC repair, heat pump service, a new system, or any HVAC work, they are an excellent choice.

A very professional and honest HVAC company that does top-quality work. They are quick to respond, provide excellent customer service, and really focus on customer satisfaction. They installed a new heating and cooling system in my daughter’s home, and the workmanship was outstanding. Donovan and Jacob were professional, skilled, and made sure the installation was completed accurately and that everything was working properly before they left. I have many years of experience around the HVAC industry, and I can say this team truly stands out. They care about the customer experience and always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They handle HVAC service and maintenance at all of my properties, including routine tune-ups, system checks, and general air conditioning and heat pump service. Every technician I have worked with has been knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. Most recently, they installed a high-efficiency variable-speed heat pump system in my home, and the results have been excellent. The install was clean, well organized, and completed with great attention to detail. They answered all of our questions, explained how the new system operates, and made sure airflow, performance, and comfort were all where they should be. Our home in Woodburn feels much more comfortable, and we are very pleased with the new HVAC system. I highly recommend them for heat pump installation, AC service, and ongoing HVAC maintenance.

Whirlwind and the team did amazing work installing a new A/C and new/updated furnace in our older house which did not have A/C. The team was responsive, worked efficiently, and has continually been available for questions. They have been timely with routine, seasonal check-ups. I would recommend Whirlwind to anyone I know.
