Honoring Student Growth
Each graduating class carries their own story. Students in the Class of 2026 have grown through academic milestones, personal challenges, leadership opportunities, athletics, the arts, career and technical education, community service, and countless everyday moments that shaped who they are becoming.
Beyond recognizing grades and diplomas, graduation is a time to celebrate and honor the students who kept showing up, the families who encouraged them, the educators who guided them, and the local community that continues to invest in their success.
Across Salem and Keizer, seniors are preparing for many different next steps. Some will continue their education at colleges, universities, or trade schools. Others will enter the workforce, pursue apprenticeships, serve in the military, take a gap year, or explore new opportunities close to home and beyond. However their paths unfold, these graduates represent the future of our community.
A Community Celebration
There is something special about graduation season in Salem and Keizer. Stadiums and auditoriums fill with proud families, caps are decorated with creativity and meaning, teachers see years of encouragement come full circle, and younger students get a glimpse of what is ahead.
Most importantly, graduates are reminded that their community is cheering them on.
The Class of 2026 has worked hard to reach this moment, and their achievement deserves to be celebrated. Congratulations to all Salem-Keizer graduates and the many people who helped them along the way. Your next chapter is just beginning, and we're proud to watch you take the next step!
