I can’t say enough good things about Owen & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning. My family needed furnace repair because of a cracked heat exchanger, and Leonard helped us get everything taken care of quickly. I work in the trades as a plumber, so I pay close attention to workmanship, system performance, and overall service. The technicians arrived on time, were professional, explained the heating repair process clearly, and completed the install with great attention to detail. Alex was awesome! He fixed my dryer (using his portable soldering iron) and kept at it until my dryer worked as by design. He was very thorough, good natured and knows his stuff! I disassembled my dryer (attempting to fix) it was all over the place! And, in a jiffy, reassembled, and with the work done (after having been checked for function and flow) running good as new! It was a Friday afternoon/evening, he communicated his updated arrival time to me and I can once again do laundry. Whew!

Our plumber, Jon-Marc communicated an ETA and arrived on time. He gave us quick fair quotes for several service options. He installed a hot water heater, added hose bibs, and replaced a leaky bathroom faucet. We also learned we had crazy high water pressure- which explained why are plumbing fixtures wore out quickly- and he added a regulator to correct that. We are very happy with this company’s service and plan on using them for electrical work as well.
