Hunter did an excellent job of repairing my toilet. In addition, he took the time to give me estimates on replacing the toilets in the future, as well as explaining the Service Finance available to do so. I fully intend to replace them in the not too distant future as mine are almost 25 years old. Thank you for your prompt and reliable service.

I went in to the shop on a Monday afternoon, and received excellent customer service! I only needed assistance with a very small attachment for my kitchen sink to attach my water filter. The guy at the front counter was great. He fixed the issue for me with the little part I brought in. It was a simple fix, getting the washer in the right place. I just appreciate the help, with a good attitude. 😊

Landlord sent out Baxter plumbing for a leak at my shut off valve, he did amazing work. Nice, clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Matt came right on time and fixed my toilet in about 30 min. I’m so relieved. Haven’t gotten the bill yet, but I’m willing to pay for a plumber who actually shows up on time. The communication from this company is also stellar. Very professional.

Richard and his partner were here shortly after I called. Problem solved quickly. Receipt sent via email followed by a personal call from Jessie in the office to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend their service.

I had Action Drain come out to clean out a very clogged driveway drain. It turned out to be more complex than either of us anticipated. They were able to completely clear the drain by replacing the area of broken pipe that had been invaded by roots. During the repair there was an inadvertent bit of damage to a nearby irrigation pipe, and there was absolutely no hesitation by the company to get it fully repaired promptly and professionally by a local irrigation company. It is so refreshing to get upfront clear pricing, and do business with a company that clearly prides itself on honesty, integrity, and seeing the job through to completion even if it was not the easiest job. I would definitely use this company again.

Just went through an emergency, and THANK GOD for Petersen Plumbing! I called at least 7 other plumbers with no one being available. Petersen was able to come and besides good work, the moral support provided by Ricky was extremely needed and appreciated. I had used them before and was happy, but this solidifies me as a forever customer. Thanks again!
