Zoom Drain

I recently hired Zoom Drain for a drain cleaning that resulted in a necessary line replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The owner, Tyler, and technician, Alec, were exceptionally communicative, helpful, compassionate, and transparent throughout the entire process. They responded promptly to any questions or concerns, and I felt cared for throughout the entire process. The Zoom Drain team also showed a great ability to handle unexpected complications with efficiency and professionalism. When the job became more complicated than initially anticipated due to the presence of concrete below the soil surface, they promptly communicated the issues, presented viable solutions, and worked diligently to resolve the problems. Tyler and Alec also kept excellent records/photos once the project was underway. This became especially valuable when dealing with insurance. The comprehensive documentation of the job ensured a seamless process when submitting claims. I am so grateful my plumber recommended Zoom Drain when the issue arose and extend my own recommendation to others who are having drainage issues!

Alec Lush was very easy to talk with and had a great plan to solve my drain issue. Alec also helped me plan for the future by installing additional clean out access.He was very prompt and courteous. When it was time to start the work he was done and out the door quickly. I would absolutely call again to have work done.

Very pleased with speed of service! Called and they arrived without 30 minutes and quickly serviced drain in a rental unit. This makes me happy and my tenants as well. Alec was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use their services again.
