Probably one of the only gyms I’ve been to where there’s a family dynamic. Everyone knows everyone and it’s very welcoming. My husband and I moved here in March 2022 and were looking at gyms. Zone was the first stop on our list and we joined same day after our first workout! We loved it, the staff was super friendly, the space is open and has lots of natural light. Zone even upgraded a ton of their equipment and have 2+ of every machine. The members are also great and will even offer to let you work in on sets. The community here is my favorite part. It’s also super close to home, so we can walk there on weekends when the weather is nice!

I trained with Dave for two weeks and had a great experience. Learned a variety of exercises and improved my form.
