I’ve been to YRMC and across the street at your facility for monoclonal treatment. In total 3 visits in the last 5 days or so. My initial ER visit with dr Cohen did not go so well as I did not appreciate her lack of bedside manner and rudeness. My nurse Nicole was very friendly and helpful though. My second ER visit was better. The dr who helped me then was polite and helpful although I cannot remember his name. Nicole was again my nurse and again gave excellent care. And finally my treatment with iriana was great. From administering to checking on my status Irianas attitude and care made an experience I was hesitant about very easy.
