I’ve been to YRMC and across the street at your facility for monoclonal treatment. In total 3 visits in the last 5 days or so. My initial ER visit with dr Cohen did not go so well as I did not appreciate her lack of bedside manner and rudeness. My nurse Nicole was very friendly and helpful though. My second ER visit was better. The dr who helped me then was polite and helpful although I cannot remember his name. Nicole was again my nurse and again gave excellent care. And finally my treatment with iriana was great. From administering to checking on my status Irianas attitude and care made an experience I was hesitant about very easy.

I came into the ER was seen immediately and staff diagnosed a blockage in a heart artery. Within a half hour, stints had been installed and I felt pretty much back to normal. Every staff member I had contact with were very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with my first time going to YRMC. Thank you very much.

We were pleasantly surprised when we visited there. First Liz spent a lot of time going through the outstanding printed information on COPD definitions, causes and ways to treat before there was an actual flare up. Information that we hadn’t gotten from other facilities. Dr Wiley put the icing on the cake with more in depth information and was very willing to answer questions. We left with the feeling that we had new information to us that might in the future help prevent flare ups or to treat them at home to keep her out of the hospital.
