I have had nothing less than an amazing experience with YRMC-Bariatric Center. Their professionalism, teamwork, and knowledge are the perfect examples of what every business should look like. Ms. Carmen @ the front desk has always made me feel welcome when I have been seen in person, and is just as warm over the phone when I have called with questions. She is always willing to assist in any way possible and is extremely organized which is greatly appreciated. My primary nutritionist, Ms. Skylar has been the most pleasant and knowledgeable nutritionist that I've ever worked with. She has taken the time to explain a plan that works specifically for me, rather than the blanket diet that I've received in the past from other nutritionists. She is attentive to my personal goals and needs and has guided me to where I currently am at this moment. I am truly grateful for the TEAM that I was assigned to :)
