Took several months to get in for my first appointment. That's my only negative. The office staff and medical techs were all super and friendly. The FNP was attentive to my issues, I felt comfortable with his ability and knowledge. He was a personable individual. I will be going back
I unknowingly presented an unexpected challenge during what should have been a "routine" procedure. It turned into anything but routine through no fault of anyone. However the degree of professionalism exhibited by doctor and staff under extreme duress allowed me to remain calm and confident throughout. Despite having no possible way or reason to anticipate such a crisis mid surgery EVERYONE reacted instantly as if they rehearsed for that event hours each day. Their calm and very direct action kept me calm. It was the best of a very professional staff on display, THANK YOU. I'm a patient for life.
