The ceviche and tacos were amazing. Best food of any brewery, hands-down. The golden ale and West Coast IPA were among the best I’ve ever had.

Xicha Brewing is good spot in Salem for sure. ? We ordered the barbacoa bowl, quesadilla, and nachos, and everything came out good. The barbacoa was good and well-seasoned, the quesadilla was simple but done right, and the nachos weren’t overloaded or soggy just balanced and clean. I’d definitely order it again. We also tried three different beers a lighter, crisp option, a hop-forward one, and something more rounded/malty all of them solid. No weird aftertastes. Just well made beer that actually pairs with the food. ? ? The atmosphere is a big plus. The space has good energy, a lot of strong artwork and murals, and feels cultural instead of a corporate knock off like something that isn’t authentic. It’s comfortable, social, and doesn’t feel forced or fake. The wait on the food wasn’t too long. We got good food in about 5-10 minutes. Good food, good beer, good space. Easy place to come back to.
