Unlike a previous company, Douglas made sure to wear booties before entering my house, showing respect for my home by not tracking in dirt with his shoes. He did an exceptional job replacing my old, worn-out system in just a few hours. After the installation of the new AC system, Douglas made sure to clean up any leftover debris, such as wire stripping and cut copper pieces, leaving my home as clean as it was before he started the job. Douglas took the time to explain what I need to know to maintain the system's efficiency and effectiveness. He also explained that he would need to return to properly charge the system due to rainy weather conditions.
