Willamette Valley Bank

I recently opened an account here as my first physical bank in a few years now since last bad experience with Wells Fargo. Marcus and Kayla? I believe was her name (sorry), were extremely nice and welcoming. Marcus has been the one to always deal with me when I deposit money and when my debit card came in today. I was told 7-10 business days and it took I think 4 business days. I got a call the minute it came in from Marcus. Everytime I walk in I'm immediately welcomed all heads turned and smiling asking how I'm doing today. Wonderful service great people 5 STARS!!!

I absolutely love WVB! I have a great interest rate for my first time home buyer savings, no ATM fees, and the people there are so friendly. It feels way more community based than any other bank or credit union I've used in Oregon. Crystal is my favorite, and she's always wearing some kind of amazing outfit.
