Will Fendon - Real Estate Agent Lake Oswego & Portland - EXP Realty

Will Fendon was referred to me by a friend. I called him and from there was an absolute dream! I was living out of town and had to sell my house due to life happening. I explained the situation and he told me not to worry he would handle everything. He absolutely did handle everything, and got my house sold. I was truly blessed and thankful for such great communication, painless explanations of each document I was signing, and easy to sign virtual documents. When all was said and done I received a small thank you gift for which was an absolute heartfelt touch. I would recommend Will Fendon again and again!

Will has supported us incredibly, first when we came to buy a condo in Portland, in zero time, and years later, when it was time to sell. Since we are mostly remote, Will did everything we could not. I just recommended him to our neighbor there in Portland, an would do so to anyone who asked! Will also gave us a superb recommendation for an agent in Seattle, when it was time to buy there, and she was also wonderful. We truly feel that Will goes above and beyond to help, and we trust him implicitly. -----Paul and Jean

Will was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, always kind and very responsive. He reached out to me, on behalf a developer, to purchase my home. The negotiations were polite and fair, and the deal moved right along, with Will providing support at each stage of the process. Highly recommended.
