Stopped by to find yarn for a new project. The woman behind the counter was very helpful in pointing out which yarns would work, and how much I would need, based on the pattern I brought in. A very positive experience! Parking was easy. A nice downtown location in a good area of Salem. I will definitely return!
Placed an online order on a Sunday, expecting to pick it up on Tuesday. Owner emailed me a couple hours later and let me know she was at the store and I could pick up that day. WOW! I certainly wasn’t expecting the above and beyond service, but I very much appreciate it. It’s a super cute store with a good selection of yarn, reasonable prices and an owner who understands wanting yarn right away to start your project.
