5 Star Review By Sue Sylvia

This is our first time staying at Wild Duck Campground. It's a 21+ campground, so no young children. The guests range in age and are all quiet, respectful and friendly. It's small...very small. And the camper sites can be a little tight, but very do-able. There are a few pull-thru sites. It's very quiet and peaceful. The location is excellent - very close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There's a super clean bath house with 2 toilet stalls and 2 shower stalls with attached dressing area. VERY clean and well lit; nice hot water. And they're free! (Some campgrounds have pay shower stalls.) The laundry room is also clean and well lit; at this time wash is $1.50 and dryer is $2.00 - very reasonable! I would definitely return and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

5 Star Review By Leah George

First time at Wild Duck Campground, we came across it on Google on our travels from Pittsburgh doing a coastal trip in my boyfriends Chevy 1500 that we outfit to camp in. We were intrigued by 21+ aspect of it! The campground itself was beautiful and so quiet! The bathrooms are clean, showers have great pressure with super hot water as it was a bit cold the two days we were there. Everyone was so nice, and the two nights we spent there we had no issues with unruly neighbors. The only issue I had was how slanted our tent site was, my fault for picking that one, we thought it was the marsh spot that was pictured in one the reviews. It probably would not have worked if we were in a tent. If I could make a suggestion it would be to level out that back campsite a bit. It made it a bit difficult to set up camp, but not enough to take away from the entire experience. We will definitely be coming back!
