Debra Clayton was our saleslady. She was so helpful and got us into the perfect RV. Sweet lady! The guys in the shop were also helpful and friendly when we picked up our trailer. Great service from both!
Couple of wanna be snowbirds ,,,,,,,,, We purchased a used toy hauler from Jason ,,,,Was absolutely the most patient sales person you ever could want to meet ...He walked us through the process of setting up the trailer and it's functions as this was all new to us made sure everything in it worked and functioned properly We had a problem with the plug connections on the trailer ,,,The gentlemen in the service department worked on it diligently to correct the problem and as it turned out there was a problem with the wiring on my truck which they fixed for us and had us on our way asap Many months later had some question abut the functions of the trailer we called them and were gracious enough to walk us through all the steps again over the phone as we were 1200 miles away at home !!!!!! Would highly recommend this firm for any person to do business with as there customer service is exceptional and to go with the service the price was fair for the trailer we bought from them ,,,We would go back to do Business with them any time Thanks again Stan &Jan
We spent months looking for a travel trailer that was just right for us. After hundreds & hundreds of miles, and way too many hours online, we chose Wichita Falls RV Center. Bob listened to our wants/needs, then narrowed it down to several on their lot. Three times we stopped and looked at the same one before finally making the decision to buy. Bob was great, answering every question, explaining in detail how things worked, differences in makes and models, and how their service department worked. The price was amazingly better than anywhere else we looked. We weren't looking for new, but the price and benefits far outweighed other options. We bought a Flagstaff TT in early February 2017. In early June we had a problem with one of the windows. We called Bob, sent some pictures, and a short time later the part was in. On our way to spend a week at the lake with kids & grands, we stopped by (without an appointment) to see if they had time to fix the issue (we're 2 hours away, and didn't want to make a special trip). We dropped the trailer, went to eat, and came back to a fully-repaired window, cleaned & vacuumed area, and an employee cleaning the outside of the window. Perfect repair, amazing customer service, and we were on our way. We have friends who drove 1000's of miles to save some money, and now can't find anyone to service their RV. We have relatives who bought new from a big dealer, and yes - they get service, but it takes 3-4 weeks (or longer!) because their service department is so busy. Yes, we found the right trailer for us, but we also found the dealer with the best customer service anywhere. We absolutely recommend Wichita Falls RV Center to any/everyone, and will always look to them when we are in the market for another purchase.
We bought our 2015 Puma TT May 19, 2015, Thank You Holt for being so patient with us. This is our first TT we can not praise WFRVC enough!!!!! They have gone far and beyond to help us with any of our beginner questions, (Thank You Jason Smith), also helping us order parts the grandkids broke,( Thank you Brenda and Jason). They have the friendliest, and most knowledgeable staff anywhere!!! We plan on a upgrade next May, and I know exactly where to buy!!!!! Like I said we can not recommend them enough. If your in the market to buy, Check out Wichita Falls RV Center They will take care of you!!!!
We had a great experience buying our used RV. Jason Smith went out of his way to make sure the RV was clean and everything worked as it should. Refrigerator wasn't cooling when we got it home. Called Jason and he said bring it back and now working great and even put a brand new spare tire on for us. We will refer anybody looking for a RV to go to Jason.
After months of searching for rvs on the internet, I happened to call up Wichita Falls Rv and got Holt Hartgrove on the phone. He listened to what I had been looking at on the internet and said I have an Rv for you and to stop searching! Well he was right. He beat everyone's price and gave incredible service. If you are looking for an Rv give Holt a call. They aren't pushy and give you accurate and honest information. And the short drive from Dallas was worth it.
I had a great experience purchasing our new 5th wheel from Jason, he was the most knowledgeable sales person we talked to. He got us a great deal, answered all our questions and did not pressure us. I would recommend everyone to go see him.
We have a two week old RV, and made a terrible rookie mistake which broke the tongue jack. Jason said, "No problem," and saw to it that we received immediate repair service. Thank you so much Wichita Falls RV. We appreciate you and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Great experience buying my first rv. Jason answered all my questions and explained different options for my needs. Have used the service department for repairs and they were quick and did great work. I will continue to do business with them as long as I am a rv'r.
I highly recommend Wichita Falls RV Center. I know several people that have shopped there and enjoyed their service. I've already referred friends also. I look forward to doing future business with them.
I choose not to put something unfavorable on Facebook. The part I bought was fine. The store shelves were very un-kept seemed unorganized. I noticed a price was different on same items and brought it to her attention, I assume nothing will be done. This is why I decided not to ask about service for my 2016 Montana. It would not take much, once you get there, to keep the store looking more inviting and organized.
