I know it sounds like a cliche, but truly, Phil went above and beyond to help with our carpet needs. We went to 6 places that day. It was our own fault, but we had a time constraint. Phil spent a lot of time with us and steered us in the right direction. We got the carpet we needed and had it installed the same week. This is exactly why this company has been in business in Albany for so many years. Customer satisfaction at it's finest. Thank you Phil!
