Western Title and Escrow Company

Let’s talk WT&E! Hands down the best title company in town. They are incredibly efficient and ensure timely communication in all areas of home purchasing/selling. I have bought homes, sold homes, used realtors, and have listed and sold without real estate professionals, Western Title has handled every transaction with ease, confidence, professionalism, and quality service. I have worked with team Josie for all my real estate needs and think they are the backbone of the title industry. Don’t miss an opportunity to have a stress free home purchase/selling experience!

Josie Thompson helped my husband and I close on a commercial building. She was extremely efficient with answering all of my questions and concerns. And we had a short closing date and she got it done quickly for us. This is not our first time working with Western Title and it won’t be our last!

We purchased our home a few years ago and the escrow officer helping us was wonderful and walked us through the tedious process of the paperwork. The previous day our son had been involved in a major accident so we needed a little extra time to fully understand the process as our brains were a bit distracted. Our escrow officer made it clear and easy to understand and was thorough from start to finish. She even checked in on us afterwards to make sure we didn't have any questions and to check up on our family. She was professional and sympathetic and helped make our experience there stress free!
