We recently bought a used toy haul trailer in Leduc. Keith who was our salesman did an awesome job helping us find the right trailer, getting the truck set up with a 5th wheel hitch, and helping us close the deal. Everything went really smoothly from picking the right trailer to pulling it out of the lot when we picked it up. An added bonus was the time the orientation ladies spent with us going through the trailer and showing us how everything worked from hook up to disconnect. Awesome job and great team in Leduc. Thanks everyone.

Jun 6, 2019 Trailer not cleaned
Had my trailer in for a complementary cleaning because it wasn’t cleaned properly by them when we bought the unit. It was full of the previous owners sewage I instructed the cleaning lady to clean only the surfaces like counter tops and give it a good vacuum and a mopping when I picked up the trailer my power jack was completely bent to the point it wouldn’t retract they replaced it immediately but still delayed me when I finally looked inside nothing looked clean to me probably never gonna bring it back for any service or repairs

May 21, 2019 Cadillac of sales men!
My husband and I went in today with our two kids and pup and received the most outstanding service from John Soron! He made us feel welcome and was sure to outweigh the pros and cons of the different trailers we were looking at. Besides the great knowledge he held about the trailers his charisma and joy was infectious and we left not just happy cause he got a new purchase but because our sales man made us feel happy and well taken care of! <br /> <br /> I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a great experience when looking to buy a new trailer!

May 17, 2019 A-Team Stan and Tom.
This is my second new trailer and i wish i had have meet this A_Team my first go around.<br /> I called Stan told him what i was interested in and within 24 hours I had the unit i wanted. No up sale, no hassle, no problem.<br /> I think that most people don't buy used due to the sales pitch, but with Stan he didn't try to talk me out of what i came for and into something i didn't want. And Tom had the paper work and financing ready to go within a day.<br /> Great job guys the owners should be proud to have you both onboard. <br /> you guys lived up to your saying.......<br /> FASTEST DEALS IN THE WEST.

Thank you Amber Knull, what a hassle free, fun experience. Amber went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfied, I would 100% encourage anyone looking for a new or used unit to visit Western and ask to see Amber. A special shout out to the other staff members that help complete a wonderful experience, Chris Jung, Randi Fontaine and a big thanks as well to Mike Wollen. This is the second new unit we've purchased at Western RV in Leduc and we will not shop anywhere else, thank you all!

The sales team was great to deal with it. Answered all our questions, was a great experience. Service department on the other hand is horrible. Needed warranty work done and first we took it in was there almost 6 weeks! Now had to take it in again because they ordered the parts and has been there for two already, has not hit the shop and there is 14 ahead of it! What’s the point of an appointment?? Great at telling me they are behind....well my suggestion is plan accordingly and when a customer asks roughly how long maybe look at the books before saying 2-3 weeks! Got an RV to camp, the fall was cut short and now our summer will start later!! Wish a the head boss would deal with the service department and get a handle on things.

I would not advise having people like John S. in Airdrie talking to potential customers !!! Very ignorant and abrasive, I’d never shop there and will also be sure to tell any interested friends and family not to as well Sorry, I feel your management and owners need to know how important sales people are to the success of your business. They will not answer or return my calls when i call the secretary. Purchased new camper, wash rushed out the door with a poor walk through. 30 minutes on the road and the window was whipping open causing damage to frame because it wasn't latched properly. Agreed to purchase new camper from Western RV in Airdrie. Came to pick up camper on april 11,2019 at 3pm. It was a brand new 2019 sunset trail 262BH travel trailer .. we arrived for a walk through and the person didnt know what camper was ours. we went over the one that was set out for us and noticed it was not the camper we had been told was ours. this one had different back splash inside kitchen and the front spray on liner was different as well. They were not as nice as the show room trailer that we were told was ours. We had insurance on the show room one. stopped walk through and went inside for an hour while the finance manager Deany McCluskey tell us why they didnt notify us they changed the campers. The original one had damage to the roof I went out to inspect original trailer to see if they were being truthful. Then they argued saying there was no difference between the two. Eventually the president Bruce Urban got involved and we made a deal for some extra cash to take the camper they had set out for the inconvenience. then the loan papers had some insurance on it that i asked to opt out on, and the total loan amount did not add up. seemed like they were trying to add money to the loan to recoup the cash maybe? I would think someone that does loans all day should have the totals done correctly. Then we had to do a rush walk through on the unit as the service store was closing. The service person disappeared before we received the keys for the camper and luckily my fiance was on it or we would have left without keys. I was mostly satisfied at that point as they assured me everything was good to go. We left the dealer around 530 and went for supper nearby. Then in the snowstorm we drove onto stoney road and for about 30 min of total drive time i noticed the window in the bedroom that is an emergency exit window was opening and closing violently. so i had to pull over on a busy road while snowing to jump in and close it. under inspection i noticed the frame for the window was all bent and warped from opening and closing. It opened because the window was not latched properly. If we had an actual walk down i would have caught this. It was 830pm at this time so dealer was closed. the window was still in so i decided to keep on driving to my destination. I called The dealer and asked to speak to Bruce and was told he was in a meeting. I emailed Deany and told her about the situation. I called again on tuesday april 16,2019 with no answer again. I have been ignored which is extremely unprofessional. Had i known all this would happen and known they would ignore me i would have never stepped foot in this dealer. Also the PDI is a joke, the door did not latch properly, i had to take the handle apart to adjust, when we ran the furnace the first time it had wood chips all over as well as wood shavings in almost all of the cabinets. we will see if they actually pressured up the water system, hopefully there is no issues there. you think with the amount of trailers sold and the money they make a proper checklist to do a walk through would be done on every camper. I added photos of the window frame. Had i not caught it right away the window would have ripped out the frame.

Our salesman was John Soron in Airdrie. He was absolutely fantastic. As soon as we walked through the door we felt like family. <br /> The whole staff from John to Deb the finance manager to the service department were wonderful to us.<br /> We are totally thrilled with our trailer!<br /> We have given a 5 star rating as there wasn't one negative thing in our whole Western RV experience. <br /> I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV!<br /> <br />

2 years ago we bought a dirt cheap, used trailer in fairly rough shape, and had an amazing experience. This time we bought a new $50k trailer which inflated to almost $60 by the time we were done (after inquiring about a used one first) and nothing about the experience (other than the delivery guy, sorry I cant remember his name) was above board or pleasant in the least. There are way to many things I could list about how you could have done better or provided in any way a positive experience for us to go into here. If you would like to know what was, is and is still going wrong free to reach out. (delivery guy, again sorry about forgetting his name, was 5***** and if anyone else along the way had put in half of the effort he did in our experience this review would be too).

Extremely satisfied with what we have dealt with so far! From the start, meeting Walter then onto Dennis who was absolutely amazing to work with. Visiting the store you are taken care of by the friendly staff which makes a person feel welcomed like you were apart of a family!! 5 star treatment for sure!!! Dennis made sure all of our questions were answered and talked through the deal making sure we understood every detail. Moved over to Mike & Larry in finance was nothing but the best service. Using their own experiences to guide us as to what we need to add for options and what we don't need. We dealt with Norm and Tom from Red Deer western rv to trade in our old trailer for a new one. They helped us pick our perfect match, made the finances work and were very thorough on our walk through. I had been shopping for a new travel trailer (online because I live in Yukon) for a little while and finally found the layout that I liked. One afternoon I clicked on the little "chat" box that popped up to have someone call me and within minutes I was talking to Andy at the Leduc location. I told Andy which trailer I wanted and that afternoon I had placed a deposit on it and arranged a date for pick up.<br /> <br /> The staff at Western R.V. Country Leduc were all very friendly when I arrived to "meet" my trailer. Andy showed it to me first and then introduced me to Larry (the $ man) to do the paperwork, then he arranged for Terri to give me a very thorough trailer orientation. Every time I walked into the building I felt welcome and that I had a place that I could comfortably call if there are ever any issues.<br /> <br /> Thanks Andy & Western RV Country....now can you do something about bringing summer here quicker so I can try out my travel trailer?
